The Japan Sisterhood Journey is designed for women who are ready to experience travel as transformation. It is for those seeking a thoughtfully curated blend of cultural immersion, emotional depth, and refined accommodations without rushing, without performance, and without superficial connection.
Our sisters approach this journey with open hearts, emotional maturity, and a willingness to soften. They value meaningful conversation over small talk, presence over productivity, and quality over quantity. They are curious, respectful of culture, comfortable with both intimacy and autonomy, and open to being gently expanded through sisterhood, ritual, and stillness. This is not about seeing everything.
It is about feeling what matters.
When I first went to Japan, I didn’t fall in love because of the photos. I fell in love because of how my body felt there slower, softer, and somehow more honest.
Hokkaido in sakura season holds a very particular kind of magic. It’s not loud. It’s not performative. It asks you to listen. To the way you move through a train station.
To the way you receive beauty.
To the way you make choices when no one is telling you what to do. I created this journey for women who know they are standing at a threshold of identity, of leadership, of love, of purpose and don’t want a “quick fix” or a content-heavy retreat. You want space, reflection, beauty, and brave mirrors in the form of other women.
My intention is that you leave Japan not as a different person, but as a truer one less performed, more rooted, and deeply resourced from the inside out.
With love,
Sophia fox

This is not a sightseeing tour. It is a structured identity immersion.
Over 7 days, you move through a deliberate emotional arc from arrival, to expression, to autonomy, to nervous system repair, to integration.
Each phase builds on the next.
You begin by naming who you are becoming.
You explore beauty, play, and cultural immersion through sakura rituals and kimono ceremony.
You experience autonomy through intentional solo time.
You soften deeply in onsen waters and forest bathing.
You integrate through guided circles and a 30·60·90-day identity roadmap.
The experience is curated to feel spacious, safe, and intentional never rushed, never chaotic.

Arrival in Sapporo & Opening Circle
Welcome to Hokkaido. You arrive at New Chitose Airport (CTS) and meet our representative holding a “Sisterhood OS” sign before transferring to Sapporo Stream Hotel. In the late afternoon we gather for Circle 1 “Why I Came / Who I Am Becoming” to set intentions, name your desired transformation, and land in the sisterhood. We close with a welcome dinner at the hotel.
Kimono Ritual & Late Sakura Pilgrimage
After breakfast we visit a kimono studio for curated dressing, hair, and make‑up in a sakura palette. With our female cultural guide we travel to Toda Memorial Cemetery Park for later‑blooming cherry blossoms, lunch, and an intentional photoshoot. In the evening we share dinner and Circle 2 “How I Travel & How I Choose”, preparing your body and nervous system for onsen and deeper work.
Solo/Choice Day & Private Geisha Dinner
Today is devoted to autonomy and devotion. After breakfast you can choose optional cultural experiences (taiko drumming, paper‑cutting, spa, or solo rest and journaling). By late afternoon we meet for Circle 3 “Dharma & Devotion: My Identity Path Forward”. In the evening we gather for a private omakase dinner in a reserved room, with an intimate geisha performance curated just for our group.
Transition to Jozankei Onsen Village
We enjoy a slow breakfast in Sapporo before traveling by car to Oku Jozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen. You settle into your ryokan room, soak in your in‑room onsen, and let your nervous system down‑shift. The afternoon is spacious for forest paths, journaling, or rest, before we reconnect over a relaxed buffet dinner at the hotel.
Onsen, Forest Bathing & Nature Immersion
After breakfast we begin with an outdoor onsen and guided meditation held by a female nature guide. We then travel to Shikotsu‑Toya National Park for gentle forest bathing and optional activities like canoeing, rafting, cycling, or orchard visits. In the evening we drop into Circle 4 “What Softened in Me Today?” followed by a nourishing buffet dinner back at the hotel.
Integration, Tea Ceremony & Closing Circle
Your final full day is held for integration. The morning is free for quiet breakfast overlooking nature, light movement, spa, journaling, or VIP 1:1 sister conversations. In the afternoon we gather for a farewell lunch and tea ceremony before Circle 5 “Closing Integration & Future Self”, where you receive a 30·60·90‑day roadmap, accountability support, and closing blessings.
Farewell & Travel Home
After breakfast we check out and transfer together back to New Chitose Airport (CTS). You return home with a clearer sense of who you are becoming, what you’re devoted to, and how you want to lead.
