Soul Path Collective Terms of Enrollment

ENROLLMENT AND AGREEMENT

By completing payment for the Soul Path Collective program (SPC), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Enrollment. Enrollment is complete upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment of a payment plan, as applicable.

These terms apply to all enrollment tiers including Founding Member, Early Enrollment, and Standard Enrollment.

PROGRAM DATES AND DELIVERY

Soul Path Collective Cohort 1 is scheduled to begin on November 2, 2026, and concludes approximately six months later in May 2027. Early enrollees receive immediate access to program benefits from the date of enrollment confirmation. Benefits vary by enrollment tier and are active from enrollment, not from the cohort start date. See Section 3 for the full breakdown of inclusions per tier.

PAYMENT, PRICING, AND ENROLLMENT INCLUSIONS

All prices are in USD. All payments are processed via Stripe.

Founding Member — $3,333 USD (Closed)

This tier is no longer available. One founding member enrolled at this rate prior to May 17, 2026. Inclusions: Soul Path Map session with Sophia, complimentary access to all paid workshops run by Sophia between enrollment and November 2, 2026, monthly 1:1 call with Sophia from enrollment through cohort opening, personal cohort prep guidance, full 6-month SPC cohort from November 2, 2026. All payments, including payment in full at Founding Member and Early Enrollment tiers, are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued after enrollment is confirmed.

Early Enrollment — Pay in Full: $3,999 USD

Full payment of $3,999 USD is due at enrollment. This rate is available until September 1, 2026, or until 10 Early Enrollment spots are filled, whichever comes first. After that, only the Standard Enrollment rate applies. Inclusions: Soul Path Map session with Sophia, complimentary access to 3 paid workshops of the participant's choice (run by Sophia before November 2, 2026), full 6-month SPC cohort from November 2, 2026. All payments, including payment in full at Founding Member and Early Enrollment tiers, are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued after enrollment is confirmed.

Standard Enrollment — Payment Plan: $4,444 USD

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is due at enrollment to secure the participant's spot. Six monthly payments of $574 USD begin on November 2, 2026, aligned with the program start date. Total: $4,444 USD. If the deposit is not received, enrollment is not confirmed. Inclusions: Full 6-month SPC cohort from November 2, 2026. All payments, including payment in full at Founding Member and Early Enrollment tiers, are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued after enrollment is confirmed.

Sophia will send the relevant Stripe payment link upon enrollment confirmation. Workshop access (where included) is activated upon receipt of confirmation email and is non-transferable.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing pre-session intake materials, and engaging with the program in good faith. The program is a live, facilitated container. Saha Synergy Group Ltd does not offer refunds or extensions for missed sessions due to the participant's scheduling conflicts, travel, or personal circumstances.

PROGRAM CHANGES

Saha Synergy Group Ltd reserves the right to adjust program dates, delivery format, or session scheduling in response to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a material change to the program, enrolled participants will be notified directly and offered the option to apply their enrollment to a future cohort at no additional cost.

Adjustments to dates, format, or facilitation arrangements do not constitute grounds for a cash refund.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials, frameworks, session recordings, and Soul Path Map reports provided through SPC are the intellectual property of Saha Synergy Group Ltd and Sophia Lee Fox. Materials are for the personal use of the enrolled participant only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saha Synergy Group Ltd is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith mediation before formal proceedings.
